North HollandSchool Information

Located on the eastern edge of the West Ottawa Public School District, North Holland is a small, family-oriented school that is an outstanding choice in education for families in the Holland, Zeeland, and West Ottawa areas. At North Holland, every member of our community is a learner, from students to staff to parents. With the strong support of our staff, families, and PTO, our children come to school where a lifelong love of learning is fostered and where children learn they can make a difference. Our staff promotes the development of each child while incorporating an understanding of the differences in others.

North Holland’s teachers encourage students to think deeply and take action in their own lives. Through the process of inquiry and engaging activities, students ask questions and develop into responsible and compassionate citizens who care for both their local and global community. Students regularly participate in service projects that benefit both our school and local community. Please schedule a visit to personally experience all North Holland Elementary has to offer your child!

My daughter started mid year in the 5th grade at North Holland. Everyone was incredibly welcoming and accommodating. She had large amounts of growth at WO after many struggles at her previous school and now our daughter is thriving in middle school this year. Her dad and I both agree it is because of her experience in 5th grade that helped her gain the confidence and skills that she is using this year.
