Lakeshore Elementary

In partnership with the Outdoor Discovery Center, Lakeshore emphasizes outdoor learning experiences that connect students to nature and support hands-on exploration.  This includes Outdoor Kindergarten for all families who attend our school.  Our outdoor education focus gives our students the chance to explore, discover, and grow through hands-on experiences in nature.  From nature walks and outdoor classrooms to creative exploration and teamwork, students develop social, emotional, and problem-solving skills while staying active and engaged.

Lakeshore is also home to the Great Start Readiness Program (GSRP) for children ages three and four, as well as hosting the YMCA Child Care program, which provides before-school, after-school, and full-day care. The school also offers extended learning opportunities through advanced math placement and a variety of after-school clubs.
