How do I contact Tech Support if there is a problem with my device or my account?

If a student is having problems with their device or needs to have it repaired, they should email helpdesk@westottawa.net with their issue and our Technology Support team will look into the problem.

If a student is having password or account issues they should contact their classroom teacher or building office.  All other questions should be directed to the classroom teacher or the building principal.
