West Ottawa Schools is pleased to provide the Infinite Campus Parent Portal communication tool. The Portal connects parents/guardians to students’ data online, anytime, from anywhere there is internet access. Once the Portal is accessed, information about only their child’s progress can be viewed.
Making this information-rich connection with parents is a clear way to improve communication between teachers, parents and students. Access to the Parent Portal can be gained from home, work, public library, or anywhere an internet connection can be established. The Parent Portal is a free service to our district families.
How do I sign up for the Parent Portal Account?
1. Open and read the Parent Portal Acceptable Use and Safety Policy, Computer Hardware & Software Requirements, and Data Interpretation Instructions information sheet
3. After completing step #2, you will receive a Navigation Packet to assist you in the Parent Portal access process. If we have a valid email address on file for you, this Navigation Packet will be delivered via email. If not you will receive the Navigation Packet via US Mail.
To confirm that we have a valid email address on file for you, contact your school building.

To use the Parent Portal, parents/guardians will need access to a computer or mobile device which is connected to the internet.
LOGIN to the Infinite Campus Parent Portal
To check to see which version of Internet Explorer you have, open up Internet Explorer on your computer, then click Help>About Internet Explorer.
