Enrollment Process for West Ottawa Virtual Academy

Thank you for your interest in West Ottawa Virtual Academy. Students interested in enrolling need to complete two brief questionnaires as part of the pre-enrollment process. These questionnaires provides our team with important information about your student and helps us to partner with you in order to identify the best mode of learning for your child. A representative from our program will reach out to you once we have had an opportunity to review your student’s application.  Should you have any questions about the enrollment process, please do not hesitate to contact us.

 

New Enrollment Requests for the 2024-2025 Academic Year (Steps 1-2 are required.)

Step 1. Complete the “WOVA Successful Online Learner” form.

Step 2: Complete the “Enrollment Request” form.

 

A representative from our program will reach out to you once this request has been submitted. (If your child is coming into our district as “Schools of Choice”, a transcript will be requested in the follow up email.)

***Please note that submitting this request does not guarantee your child will be admitted into our program. The request is the initial step of the enrollment application process. 

If you receive an electronic letter that your child is pre-approved for WOVA, you will need to complete the online registration. Directions for this process will be included in the pre-approval letter.
