Donating Instruments

As part of our mission to strengthen the music program at West Ottawa, the Music Boosters are currently accepting instrument donations from the community.

Every year, we have dozens of students who are unable to afford an instrument. Your donation will make it possible for these children to play in an orchestra or band. Alumni who donate their instruments can know that they are continuing to have a positive impact on the success of the music program at West Ottawa.

How it works

Instrument donation is simple.  Email us, and be sure to tell us what instrument you have. We will forward your message on to the music staff, who will get in contact with you to arrange a time to evaluate and drop off the instrument.

What kind of condition does my instrument have to be in? We request that any donated instruments be in good working order and free of any major dents, dings, or scratches that could detract from the usefulness of the instrument.
